Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective management of our workforce. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HRIS and ATS systems. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews .
- Supervise and support contractors in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee contractor onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct performance management processes, providing guidance on contractor evaluations and development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in human resources management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong background in human resources management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of employment law and regulations within the UK context.
