We are currently creating a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for a Resourcing Lead on a remote basis on behalf of UKHSA.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has been set up to provide health security for the nation by protecting from infectious disease and external hazards. It will need to take action like no other organisation previously in order to mitigate threats to health before they materialise. UKHSA will be a trusted source of advice to government and to the public.

**As a **Resourcing Lead **your main responsibilities would be to**:

- Coordinating and organising a portfolio of SCS and Clinical Ring Fence recruitment campaigns in liaison with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners
- Working with other Resourcing Leads across UKHSA Resourcing Team to ensure collaboration on campaigns and also efficient processes and ways of working
- Providing leadership to the Resourcing Officers and Resourcing Managers within the team
- Effective stakeholder management - building and maintaining a network of key internal and external recruitment stakeholders, building rapport and strong working relationships
- Developing clear resourcing processes and associated guidance - using those to upskill team members, Vacancy Holders and colleagues across People Group
- Managing communications for recruitment campaigns - liaising with internal and external parties, including the Civil Service Commission, Faculty of Public Health etc
- Evaluation of recruitment campaigns to improve service delivery, provide intelligence and insight on trends, success of supply routes, etc.
- Providing recruitment guidance and support to stakeholders and sharing best practice - becoming a resourcing and recruitment expert, offering a support and challenge role to vacancy holders and HR Business Partners

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment exercises - someone who will collaborate and look for the most efficient ways of recruiting, joining up wherever possible, and who has the customer experience at the forefront of their mind.
- Experience of a wide range of resourcing routes and methods - an ability to quickly understand the implications of different methods, and the processes, dependencies, and risks involved
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships in a challenging, fast-paced environment - someone who is good at building and maintaining rapport with a wide range of people, and who is confident and comfortable in finding the ‘right’ person to speak to
- A good team player and manager - someone who will work well within and across the Resourcing Teams, who will coach and develop less experienced team members, and who will work to build confidence and experience within a relatively new team
- A problem-solving mentality - someone who loves a challenge, who questions things, and has an enquiring mind - and who is genuinely committed to finding better and more efficient ways of doing things
- Resilience and an ability to thrive in a developing organisation - someone who is comfortable with lack of clarity and certainty, and who is adaptable and flexible
- Public Sector background is highly desirable- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
