**Job Overview**:
Unidvisor is seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Outreach and Consultation Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is either currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate. You will play a crucial part in connecting prospective university applicants with student consultants, ensuring high-quality, insightful consultations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting student consultants from various universities.
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of consultations provided.
- Performing administrative tasks related to the coordination of consultations.
- Communicating effectively with both students and applicants.
- Screening potential student consultants and implementing incentive programs.
- Collecting feedback and proposing enhancements for the consultation process.
- Independently managing and organizing work tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Current university student or recent graduate with strong connections to the student body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about helping others and engaging with diverse groups.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and experience with simple computer/website management is preferred.
- No prior work experience required, but experience in client/user engagement is preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent, and ambitious.
- Eagerness to contribute to the business's mission and growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
