**What you will need to do
- Work with discretion and integrity while handling confidential matters
- Use internal & external resources to plan, organise & create Team Building Events
- Regular reporting using HR metrics, including turnover rates
- Communicate with employees to answer any HR-related queries in a timely manner
- Manage personnel records to ensure they’re kept up to date
- Record sick/maternity leave on internal databases
- Monitor amendments to employment terms & conditions, including processing new starters and leavers
- Work alongside the payroll department to provide relevant employee information
- Liaise with external partners to schedule interviews and other relevant correspondence
- Offer exceptional administrative support to the HR manager
**What you will need to bring**
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative & prioritise important projects without supervision
- Previous experience within an HR environment
- CIPD level 3 in Human Resources is an advantage but not a requirement
- A good knowledge of HR software
- Excellent organisational & administrative skills
- Great attention to detail
- A great team player that works ethically and respects confidentiality
