**About us**:
Business Advantage are a small and friendly, international, full-service B2B market research agency based in South London, with offices in London and San Francisco, 90% of our work is international working with big brands on hybrid research projects often combining methodologies including; market and competitor analysis, quantitative and qualitative research with the addition of some consultancy and business development services.

**We are looking for**:
**Part-Time HR Administrator / Receptionist**
- Source temporary staff in association with Fieldwork Operations Co‑ordinator and Project Managers as required
- Create advertisements, arrange for placement of advertisements online, in publication or with agencies as appropriate, negotiating budget in advance
- Carry out initial telephone interviews
- Preparing and sending out offer letters
- Attend meetings with managers/staff and provide support and advice on general human resources issues
- Research HR issues using internet and other sources
- Maintaining and updating staff handbook
- Source appropriate training courses for staff, as required
- Update and maintain the Personnel database
- Answer the telephone in a timely manner and forward calls or take messages as necessary
- To generally assist in other tasks as delegated by the Administration Manager

**Requirements**:
You **must have min 1 year experience** in HR/Administration

- Working from home
- Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay
