We are looking for a Supporter-Led Fundraising Assistant to join our Supporter-LedFundraising team.

Title: Supporter-Led Fundraising Assistant

Salary: £25,963 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

You'll be passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience to our participants. You'll have a keen interest in challenge, community and virtual fundraising events and have great communication and administrative skills. You'll work well as part of a team, be proactive and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

The day to day responsibilities for this role are:

  • Be the first point of contact for supporters who get in touch with fundraising enquiries through calls, emails or social media.
  • Steward your own group of supporters, taking on their own event for Anthony Nolan, delivering excellent supporter care.
  • Support activities across the Supporter-Led Fundraising Team portfolio, including challenge events, community fundraising and fundraising products, like virtual events.
  • Process income, thank supporters and coordinate fundraising fulfilment.
  • Ensure all information is maintained on the database in conjunction with Anthony Nolan procedures.
  • Assist on the launch and delivery of fundraising products.
