The Role

We are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Event Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering memorable, well-run events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee approximately 3 events per week, with flexibility during busy/quiet periods
  • Represent Go Fundraising Limited professionally at all times
  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product and auction portfolio
  • Lead and support event teams, including hostesses/auction assistants
  • Ensure smooth running of on-site charity auctions, including:
  • Auction item setup
  • Managing bidder participation
  • Overseeing money collection and payment processes
  • Liaise with charity partners, venue staff and guests to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently on-site
  • Maintain accurate event and payment records

About You

  • Based in London & surrounding areas
  • Full UK driving license
  • Confident, professional and well-presented
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable leading a small team and interacting with the public
  • Previous event experience is beneficial but not essential - training provided
  • Must be reliable, proactive and able to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

Pay: £28.00-£32.00 per hour
