Art Voyage Biennial CIC
is a migrant-led, nomadic cultural platform dedicated to championing underrepresented voices through exhibitions, public art, summits, residencies and international collaborations. Our programmes connect contemporary art with migration, identity, heritage and community engagement, creating long-term cultural and social impact in the UK and internationally.

As we enter a major growth phase with diverse art projects in , we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated
Fundraising & Partnerships Manager
to help build strategic relationships and secure sustainable income.

Role Overview

The Fundraising & Partnerships Manager will lead on developing and delivering Art Voyage's fundraising strategy, securing income from trusts and foundations, public funders, corporate sponsors and individual donors
, while also building long-term partnerships with cultural institutions, brands and philanthropic networks.

This is a key strategic role working closely with the Founder & Director and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Income Generation

  • Research, develop and submit high-quality
    grant applications
    (ACE, NLHF, Trusts & Foundations)
  • Build and manage a
    prospect pipeline
    of corporate sponsors, philanthropists and patrons
  • Develop
    sponsorship packages and partnership proposals
  • Lead on donor stewardship
    , reporting and relationship management
  • Track income targets and maintain fundraising records

Partnerships & Corporate Relations

  • Identify and secure
    strategic partners
    across arts, education, fashion, culture and CSR sectors
  • Negotiate in-kind and financial partnerships (venues, production, logistics, media)
  • Build collaborations with
    UK and international institutions
  • Represent Art Voyage at networking, partnership and industry events

Strategy & Development

  • Work with senior leadership on
    long-term sustainability and growth strategy
  • Support Patron Circle and VIP partnership development
  • Contribute to board and funder reporting

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    arts fundraising, partnerships or development
  • Strong track record of successful grant applications and/or sponsorships
  • Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills
  • Confident relationship builder and negotiator
  • Understanding of the UK cultural funding landscape
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Passion for contemporary art, social impact and community engagement

Additional Strengths

  • Experience working with
    CICs, charities or cultural organisations
  • Knowledge of arts sponsorship, CSR and philanthropy
  • Existing network within arts, heritage or corporate sectors
  • International partnership experience
