AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking a proactive and dedicated International Account Coordinator within our Sales & Distribution team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Client Directors to ensure the seamless management of our Large Corporate portfolio, which includes overseeing a diverse range of accounts from initial prospecting through to renewal.

Your contributions will help strengthen client relationships, streamline administrative processes, and support the delivery of excellent service to our brokers and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate insurance, work closely with various internal teams, and contribute to the growth and success of AXA's international healthcare solutions.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support Client Directors with daily management of the Large and Mid-Corporate portfolio, acting as main contact for brokers and clients.
  • Coordinate with intermediaries, clients and internal teams to resolve claims disputes, handle potential fraud and process admin efficiently, reaching consensus on outcomes.
  • Achieve the retention target.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely renewals, including preparing literature, contracts, managing variations, updating Salesforce, and liaising with finance on invoicing.
  • Follow up on renewal populations to ensure accurate and complete renewal processes.
  • Prepare membership reports for client meetings and client directors as needed.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team on new LC/MC schemes, completing onboarding tasks before handover.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and ensure compliance, including secure email to meet data protection standards.
  • Record all renewal tasks accurately in Salesforce and navigate the platform correctly.

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance from Account Strong knowledge of products.
  • Strategic and commercial awareness with developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client management experience with strong customer focus.
  • Large Corporate business protocols, such as eligibility, underwriting factors, and country issues.
  • Excellent organisational skills to prioritise work.
  • Team player, able to support others.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in producing renewal documents and recording renewal activities, supporting seamless and error-free processes.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
