Join AXA – Global Healthcare as an HR Generalist and play a vital role in empowering our HR team to deliver high-quality, business-facing HR advice and service. As a key conduit between the business, service providers and Centres of Expertise, you'll support workforce planning, employee relations and engagement initiatives. Your insights will help drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring we continue to foster a dynamic and supportive workplace. If you're passionate about delivering impactful HR solutions in a global healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, connecting them to appropriate HR services and support.
- Support HRBPs and Centres of Expertise with data, insights, and coordination for people-related decisions and initiatives.
- Assist in managing employee relations cases, providing relevant context and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate engagement surveys, pulse feedback, and culture initiatives, tracking actions and follow-up.
- Support workforce planning, talent management activities, and performance review processes.
- Manage compliance obligations related to SMCR for senior leaders.
- Oversee HR data, reports, and dashboards, analysing trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate on People projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and represent AXA - Global Healthcare in relevant communities.

What you'll bring:
- Relevant professional certification such as CIPD, with experience in an international environment.
- Proven ability to operate within an HR Centre of Excellence model, managing technical people processes and organisational restructuring.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and provide clear insights.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of diverse regulatory environments, with multilingual capabilities preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, Mandarin).
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with experience interpreting people data and trends.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with an innovative mindset to develop and implement new HR initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
