Role Overview:
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator/administrator to join our team within L R Shelby Limited, located in the center of Tunbridge Wells. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for logging any work requests from our clients and ensuring items are dealt with promptly and professionally. You will be working in a close and supportive team who are focused on providing the best possible service to our customers.

**What we would like from you**
- Experience working for a residential House Builder in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
- Good planning and organisations skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- A polite, tactful and assertive attitude
- Patience and calmness under pressure
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Excellent communications skills
- Good team working skills
- A commitment to work as required to meet the needs of the business

**More about the Customer Service Coordinator role**
- Keep clients, Customer Service Manager, and Subcontractors up to date at all times as appropriate.
- Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
- Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
- Issue instructions to sub-contractors and our in-house team.
- An awareness and recording of cost spending
- Assist with any other admin duties, required by Customer Service Managers or Director
- Material ordering and monitoring
- An awareness and understanding of Health & Safety

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift Monday-Friday
