Pixel and our Client work in close partnership to deliver high quality innovative network engineering and AV solutions. We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to provide financial support to our partnership making sure our shared financial functions run smoothly and accurately.

About the role

The role would suit a person with experience of working in finance, sales finance and administration in a small to medium size organisation who also has:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical accuracy
  • A commitment to quality customer service
  • A diplomatic and problem solving approach to work
  • A preference for working in- office

Key responsibilities

Provide support on the financial aspects of the partnership including:

  • End- to end sales finance and administration (quote- invoice).
  • Record keeping, reconciliation, monitoring against budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and other financial reporting
  • Assist with financial aspects of external contracting and project delivery
  • Expenses management, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Administrative management of the ISO9001 (quality management system) process

Skills, experience and attributes (essential)

  • Excellent organisationals skills
  • Numerical accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Office, CRM and project management software
  • A problem solving and diplomatic approach
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Experience of a finance/finance admin role within an SME organisation
