What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a commercially astute and detail-driven Senior Supplier Manager to lead the management of all suppliers across the Bank. This is a critical role responsible for contract, performance, relationship, and risk management throughout the supplier lifecycle. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving value, and optimising supplier performance to support our strategic objectives.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Develop and implement supplier management policies, standards, and processes.
  • Lead strategic supplier relationship management and performance reviews.
  • Optimise vendor portfolio and identify value opportunities.
  • Oversee supplier risk management and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver actionable insights through supplier scorecards and dashboards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across supplier partnerships.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships in financial services.
  • Extensive experience in procurement or supplier management. (removed "minimum 10 years" and replaced with a broader term)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, third-party risk, and contract law.
  • Experience with technology and SaaS suppliers.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and contract management systems (Gatekeeper preferred).
