We are looking for an experienced professional to join our fully private, award winning implant clinic based in Cardiff as our FRONT OF HOUSE PRACTICE CO-ORDINATOR. We are a great, fun team who are incredibly passionate about providing 5* customer service to all of our patients and we need someone amazing on board to help us This is more than just an everyday Reception role

We will expect you to be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and have exceptional organisational skills. Enthusiasm and positivity are also an absolute must

The duties of the role will involve:

· Welcoming patients and visitors pleasantly and with professionalism.

· High-quality reception and administrative duties in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies ensuring your team know exactly what they are doing.

· Responding to patient enquiries promptly with a positive and friendly manner.

· Scheduling patient appointments in accordance with the practice policies.

· Keeping patients informed of all necessary information regarding their appointment.

· Maintaining accurate patient records.

· Collecting and recording patient payments.

. Managing clinicians' schedules to ensure that information is accurate and scheduling is smooth and efficient.

· Dealing with outstanding payments in accordance with the practice payments policy.

· Establishing and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.

Essential experience and skills:

· Excellent relationship builder

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Organised with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Easily builds rapport with people and has a friendly and approachable disposition

· Confident and empathetic nature

· Flexible and willing to help the team

· Can do, positive attitude
