Role Description

As demand for our services grows, we are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Manchester. This is a key role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that maintenance requests are managed efficiently, communication with clients is clear and professional, and projects are delivered on time.

  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance works across multiple properties
  • Acting as the link between clients, tenants, and our on-site teams
  • Handling inbound repair requests and ensuring they are actioned quickly
  • Supporting larger refurbishment and property upkeep projects from an administrative perspective
  • Raising and processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and updating our systems
  • Providing customer service support by keeping landlords, agents, and tenants informed at every stage
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills – able to manage several jobs at once without losing detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Confidence in administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and invoicing
  • A proactive, sales-minded attitude – someone who can spot opportunities to add value
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
  • A calm and confident approach under pressure, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
