**About the role**:

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in business administration or property management, with a clear path to progression as the company continues to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**

You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and our clients happy. Day to day, you will:

- Log new jobs and update our internal systems accurately
- Help coordinate maintenance works and schedule appointments
- Support diary management and follow up on quotations
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic accounts tasks
- Assist with sourcing new subcontractors and managing workload
- Carry out general office duties and correspondence
- Organising and distributing deliveries to the office and supporting with the ordering of materials
- Checking and recording of daily health and safety checks - we are a responsible employer, and it is important our inhouse and external team are safe in their work
