**Maintenance Administrator/Planner**

**Based in North West London**

**Temp - 3 Months**

**£24,000k - £27,000K per annum**

Our client a reputable Maintenance company, are looking for a Maintenance Administrator/Planner

The role involves tasks such as;
- Administrators and Support Staff will liaise directly with Operational Management and Engineers providing assistance with day to day duties.
- To identify and deliver required tasks to meet departmental needs.
- Call-handling, works allocation, Engineer deployment, job-logging, job pricing and raising invoices.
- Assisting with Office functions including staff meetings, Client Meetings, team-bonding exercises and other functions which may, on occasion, require off-site attendance.
- Maintaining office equipment including replenishing stock items, ordering and taking delivery of stock replenishment's and general house-keeping of the office area.
- To attend meetings when required either as a participant or for the purpose of taking minutes.
- To interact in a helpful and polite manner when dealing with members of the public, visitors to the premises and during any personal interactions with staff members.

Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organise, have the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
