We are looking for someone to join our friendly team here at the Berkhamsted office. The successful candidate will be office based.
We would like someone with at least 2- 3 years office admin experience. Training will of course be provided for our in-house systems and processes.
The Office Administrator will include the following:
- Providing customers with quotations
- Processing sales orders & liaising with customers throughout the order process
- Coordinating installations with suppliers and clients over the phone
- Updating project information to our CRM and other inhouse systems.
- Answering calls and logging on our CRM system when required
- General sales support and administration duties
- We would like the new member of our team to be confident working with the following applications:
- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- We have in-house portals/ systems for some tasks and training will be provided.
- A good telephone manner is essential as we deal with clients over the phone on a daily basis.
Hours and days required are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
