You'll play a key role in organizing and supporting pilot training events—not teaching pilots, but managing the logistics that make training possible.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you'll coordinate schedules, track progress, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive on juggling multiple priorities, this is the job for you. No aviation experience required—we'll train you
- Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day
- Build schedules for tracking
- Classroom
- Training Devices
- Simulators
- Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
- Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
- Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
- Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.
- Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
- Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies
- Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
- Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
- Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
- Self-starter and motivated team player
- Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- This is a full-time position
- Schedule is 4-10 hour shifts, Wed – Sat
- This is not a remote position. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, UT
- Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
- Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
