We're on the hunt for a Cargo Pricing Specialist — a strategic thinker, pricing mastermind, and data-driven decision-maker — to join us in our European regional office, London Heathrow. What You'll Do

• Execute next-gen pricing strategies that drive a price premium and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of pricing processes and policies.
• Lead regional pricing initiatives, in coordination with Joint Business partners.
• Analyze market intelligence (IATA, CASS, World ACD) and performance KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
• Create and program smart pricing rules and optimize systems to match business needs.
• Define ad hoc pricing strategy and make real-time data driven decisions on SPOT quotation requests
• Steer regional sales and reservation teams towards achieving pricing targets in terms of rate levels, utilization, price gap to market, process compliance and growing ancillary revenues.
• Be the go-to regional pricing partner for regional management, sales, and head office leadership.
• Drive joint tender management, rate approvals, and shape pricing responses to RFQs.
• Influence the evolution of pricing tools and digital platforms as part of our bold roadmap for the future.
• Monitor JB performance KPIs, win rates, and contribution to network goals.
• Ensure compliance with competition law and joint business governance policies in all pricing activities.

Qualifications
What You Bring

• 4+ years proven experience in cargo pricing, revenue management, or commercial analysis (interline/JB experience a plus) role. Air Cargo industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with pricing systems and data dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for innovation and the courage to challenge the status quo.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau desirable).
• Understanding of air cargo commercial frameworks, market dynamics, and partner coordination.
• Ability to manage complexity and communicate insights clearly across diverse teams.
• You must already have the current right to live and work in the UK.
