Job Description
Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, you will take the lead in driving revenue & profits across a portfolio of properties, while also managing key strategic projects for the Revenue Management team. In addition to core revenue responsibilities, you'll coach and develop commercial teams, and become an expert in certain optimisation areas.
This role is based in a London offices full time, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue strategy and execution for your assigned property cluster, including strategic properties (big hotels and new openings)
- Represent the revenue team in multi-departmental projects and initiatives
- Champion a specific revenue management topic or discipline
- Define accurate and shared forecasts by property, month and segments
- Monitor performance and market trends, initiate corrective actions to stay ahead of budget
- Conduct deep-dive analysis by market segment, lead time, and room types
- Lead the overbooking and inventory strategy across the portfolio
- Support the Director with special projects and test and learn initiatives
- Coach and support training of new starters
Essential
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of revenue management or commercial analytics experience
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-property revenue portfolios
- Advanced skills in Excel, RMS, and business intelligence platforms
- High-level stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Desirable
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or change initiatives
- Exposure to international markets and competitive benchmarking
