The Role

This is the company's first dedicated partnerships hire - a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll own the end-to-end process of identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that drive client growth and transaction volume.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to design commercial models, structure agreements, and establish the framework for a scalable partnerships function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic and referral partners across financial and professional services.
  • Originate and negotiate commercial agreements with introducers, technology partners, and distribution platforms.
  • Develop long-term partner relationships, ensuring performance tracking, enablement, and joint go-to-market success.
  • Provide feedback to shape future product and commercial strategy.
  • Define best practice for partnerships management, helping to grow the function into a key revenue channel.

About You

You're commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating at pace in a high-growth fintech. You understand how financial products flow through partner channels and can translate ideas into commercial results.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 4 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Exposure to fintech, FX, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of originating and closing partnership or referral deals.
  • Skilled at navigating cross-functional conversations with legal, compliance, and product teams.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role as the partnerships team scales.
