Job Description:

In this role you will report to the Head of Customer Services, assisting with various tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by telephone and email.
  • Being the first point of contact and owner of specific products or customers as allocated.
  • Inputting and management of customer order and forecast demand within the business operating system.
  • Coordinating customer requirements with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Liaising with Logistics and Transport Management teams.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (dashboards and charts) that provide overview and
  • insight against key strategic metrics.
  • Gathering, recording and acting upon customer feedback.
  • Updating customer and part records.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar
  • role in a customer services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • particularly Excel.
  • The ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
  • Good levels of IT literacy – Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Formal qualifications related to Customer Service
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Experience of Import/Export and customs
  • procedures.
  • IT systems – experienced in use of SAP or other ERP system.

This role will also offer you a brilliant rewards package which includes:

  • A salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, based on working Monday – to Friday, 39 hours a week.
