As an Account Support Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy - connecting ideas, people and opportunities. Day-to-day, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic growth by supporting the full business development lifecycle.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications and engagement activities to support business development planning.
  • Support proposal development and bid coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines with accurate, consistent data.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and bring innovative ideas to the table.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Account Support Coordinator

  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry, ideally defence or government.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and proactive working style.
  • Adaptability and resilience in complex, fast-changing environments.

Qualifications for the Account Support Coordinator

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
