We are currently recruiting for a Customer Patient Services Therapy Coordinator within our Plymouth Distribution Centre. Essentially, we are looking for an individual to come and join us who can deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery of our patients’ medications and associated supplies & services.
As a Customer & Patient Services Therapy Coordinator you will work collaboratively to agreed regulations, protocols and targets, always ensuring the patient comes first. At the core of our values is our commitment to improve patient experience and outcomes and this role is no different.
This role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact on our patients journey by being a main point of contact by being able to deliver a high standard of customer service to not only our patients but our partners as well.
This is a site-based role working Monday-Friday on a permanent shift pattern of 4pm-10pm.
