Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Spa Manager role located in Newcastle, CA. The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, managing spa inventory, developing promotional materials, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of spa facilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in spa management, including staff scheduling and supervision
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in inventory management and promotional material development
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in spa facilities
  • A relevant qualification in spa management or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the fitness and leisure industry is advantageous
