Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including catering, serving, and food preparation. Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations on menu items.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
  • Barista experience is a plus for those interested in coffee service.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour to engage effectively with guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 45 per week
