We're looking for a new Front Of House Team Member for our Caversham site

About us:

Founded in Reading in July 2017 as a street food and catering business, after successfully building a following at local markets and events we went on to launch our first restaurant in Caversham in October 2019.

Our mission is to improve the world around us through spreading the joys of a healthier and more sustainable diet. Our focus is on making nourishing but indulgent food and everything we make is 100% plant based meaning vegetables really are the stars of the show

About the role:

We are looking for a team member to start at the start of December. Hours will be flexible ranging from 2 - 4 shifts a week. Day and evening shifts from 5-8 hours and long day shifts from 10-12 hours.

  • Happy to work flexible hours/shift patterns including weekends
  • Reliable and excellent time management
  • Adaptable to deal with high pressure and busy environments
  • Cleaning of the restaurant, pot wash and Front Of House areas
  • Restocking drinks items
  • Table service experience preferred but full training will be provided
  • Cocktail experience preferred but full training will be provided
  • Barista experience preferred but full training will be provided
  • Knowledge about beers, wines and other beverages preferred
  • Being vegan is not a requirement but having an interest in plant based restaurants and lifestyles is a must
  • Going above and beyond to deliver a 5* customer experience
