Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service
  • Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
  • Barista experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
