About the team:

In our Professional and Financial Services Business unit, we bring everything we have learned in more than a decade of Applied AI, and use it to help our clients navigate a rapidly changing landscape.

We develop and embed AI solutions which help firms become more efficient, enhance customer experience, and find the commercial upside in uncertain markets. About the role:

As a Lead Product Manager in the Financial Services team, you'll be at the forefront of applying AI to address some of the most exciting challenges and opportunities in FS industry.

This is a highly ambitious role that requires strong functional leadership and an analytical mindset to solve complex, high-stakes problems, often for the first time. You'll play a leading role in shaping our product development strategy, with responsibility for 0-1 delivery, the strategic product roadmap, and influential senior client engagement.

What you'll be doing:
  • Owning product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of products

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered products from ideation to deployment

  • Solving complex, cross-functional problems in close collaboration with our machine learning and data science experts and product designers

  • Managing complex projects and competing priorities to ensure delivery excellence for multiple products

  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the financial services sector

  • Setting a strategic roadmap for reusable, repeatable assets

  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to help them grow their product management skills and reach their full potential

  • Shaping phased delivery approaches that maximize value and balance sustainability by understanding strategic goals and operational realities.

Who we're looking for:
  • You have a proven track record of product management, with significant experience in delivering AI or software products in Financial Services companies

  • You have previous, direct line management experience, of product managers

  • You've taken a breadth of products from 0-1 to deployment at scale

  • You have a strong grasp of data science concepts and engineering principles, capable of navigating technical complexities and contributing to solution design

  • You can bring structure to ill-defined problems and shape product strategy from the ground up, delivering value iteratively

  • You're an exceptional relationship-builder, able to engage with, and influence, senior decision-makers through data-driven insights

  • You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment

  • You thrive on operating confidently in ambiguous situations and bring clarity and direction when required
