Operations Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our Operations Team at our head office in Stocklake, Aylesbury, Bucks
Job Description
Our Operations Team is responsible for supervising the 'day to day' operation of our fleet of coaches to ensure the use of all the company vehicles is maximised and the service runs smoothly.
As part of the Operations Team, you will be reporting directly to our Senior Operations Manager and our General Manager. In addition, you will work closely with the rest of the Operations Team and our team of Drivers.
Key Responsibilities
· Production of work tickets for our drivers
· General admin duties
· Logistical support to the operations team
· Checking vehicle movements via our tracking system
· Covering the duty phone on a rota
Must Haves
· Full UK Driving License
· Strong geographical knowledge
· Good, accurate literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills
· The ability to analyse information, multitask and solve general queries.
· Strong IT skills and the ability to use multiple software systems.
· Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a variety of people.
· Confident in answering the telephone.
· Great organisational skills
Nice to Have
· PCV License
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Knowledge and understanding of coaches and coach travel
Hours and Salary
· Monday to Friday start time can vary +/- to suit business needs)
· Occasional Saturday Working (overtime rate)
· Competitive hourly rates of pay IRO £28,000-£32,000 PA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
