Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Duties

  • Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records through data entry and document management systems.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required. .
  • Organising files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of administrative areas.
  • Supporting the healthcare team with clerical duties to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles within healthcare or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. .
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a dynamic role within the healthcare sector that values organisational excellence and professional integrity.
