Mason Blake are working with a leading global investment management firm who are looking to hire an experienced
Investment Content Strategist
to join their international marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller with strong investment knowledge to play a key role in shaping and communicating the firm's investment narratives across global boutiques.
Overview
The successful candidate will bridge investment insight and commercial storytelling, transforming complex investment ideas into engaging, client-focused content. Working closely with portfolio managers, product, and distribution teams, this role will deliver clear and compelling materials that strengthen client engagement and drive business growth across institutional, wholesale, and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated investment narratives across multiple investment boutiques.
- Partner with investment and sales teams to produce accurate, engaging, and compliant content that reflects investment intent and commercial goals.
- Create marketing materials such as strategy pitchbooks, fund brochures, sales decks, factsheets, and client updates.
- Write timely market and investment commentaries that effectively communicate performance, portfolio changes, and outlooks.
- Support product launches and rebrandings by defining messaging frameworks and positioning.
- Manage the full content process from concept through compliance and delivery, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and standards.
- Track engagement metrics and leverage insights to enhance future content effectiveness.
- Stay informed on competitor messaging, market trends, and regulatory developments to keep content distinctive and relevant.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years' experience in investment writing, product marketing, or content strategy within asset or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of investment products and client needs across institutional and intermediary channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proven collaboration skills across investment, product, and distribution functions.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide content decisions.
- Degree educated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
