In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators to develop the intellectual content for commercial programmes across digital and physical platforms, as well as project managing these programmes from start through to completion.This person will be reporting to the Director of Content Management based in our office in Barbados as this role supports North American events.This is an in-person role located in our London office. Working hours will be 12pm - 8pm (UK time).Key ResponsibilitiesProject manage a portfolio of summits.Conduct primary research with leading industry practitioners primarily via phone research which you would independently conduct.Source top speakers for the programmes and conduct phone pitches with these people to confirm them on the line-up and work closely with these senior practitioners in the lead up to the conference.Work with the marketing, sponsorship, sales and operations teams to drive the success of each event.Take ownership of on-site event management and be responsible for running the summits in locations across North America.QualificationsStrong research skills.Excellent communication skills.Superb copy-writing ability.Project management and organizational skills.Determination to meet deadlines and deliver results.Confidence in speaking over the phone.A passion for learning and self-improvement.Positive attitude and desire to succeed.Ability to learn quickly from our business leaders.Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.Compensation & BenefitsRemuneration: £28-30k per year, plus bonuses.Career path that combines comprehensive training, growth, advancement and higher earnings.Fast-track internal promotion and management opportunities based upon performance.Opportunity to travel, attend events, learn and stay at some five star venues.Employees are entitled to 20 days of annual leave plus bank/public holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year of service.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
