What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a field sales team to deliver volume, distribution, and brand standards across on-trade accounts
  • Drive regional growth through smart route planning, new business wins, and strong relationships with key venues
  • Manage budgets and reporting with precision, ensuring alignment with national plans
  • Partner with marketing to deliver standout activations and amplify brand presence

What you'll need to bring

  • FMCG experience in food or drink, with a strong track record in on-trade sales
  • 2–3 years managing a field sales team
  • Leadership that inspires — adaptable, hands-on, and commercially sharp
  • A UK driving licence and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment
