As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and growth of a leading livestock nutrition portfolio across international markets. This role demands strategic vision, commercial acumen, and marketing expertise, requiring an innovative, analytical professional who can interpret global market trends, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across teams and regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product or brand management, a proven track record of delivering product growth, and a sharp commercial mindset. With experience in international markets, you will thrive in this vibrant and dynamic environment, embracing daily challenges and responding decisively to evolving business needs. This office-based role, located at our client's offices in the East of England, offers the potential for hybrid working for the right candidate, along with exciting opportunities to travel to key markets across the UK, USA, and Europe. Responsibilities:
- To drive market insight by analysing competitors and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and understand customer drivers, focusing on performance and sustainability.
- To develop and deliver consistent messaging, engaging marketing campaigns, and supporting resources that build distributor confidence, drive customer demand, and reinforce the brand strength.
- To provide commercial and customer support by equipping sales teams and key B2B customers with effective tools, training, and relationship management across international markets.
- To monitor marketing and product performance, analysing ROI, and refine strategies to maximise impact while embedding sustainability throughout.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product or brand management (within the agriculture or animal nutrition sectors).
- Experienced in working in international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding of sustainability challenges in agriculture.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Experienced in analysing market data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- A collaborative team player able to communicate information effectively to diverse audiences.
- A strategic thinker who is passionate and customer-focused.
- Excellent commercial and marketing acumen.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel internationally when required.
