E-commerce & Student Success Lead @ Honest Brands

Full-time | £60k+ | Remote (UK preferred)

We're building the #1 e-commerce training community and we're looking for an experienced e-com operator to help us get there.

We're a fast growing startup where you can take real ownership, have a huge impact and not be bound by any corporate bullsh*it.

You'll work directly with the founders and have the chance to drive big results and get rewarded for your work.

We run an 8 figure pet brand and one of the fastest growing Tiktok Agencies in the UK so you will be surrounded by driven entrepreneurs who push you grow.

This isn't a stuffy corporate job, we're looking for an A player who wants to be with us over the next 5-10 years.

We help people build real e-commerce brands — not dropshipping stores, not get-rich-quick schemes —
actual
brands that make money and mean something.

We run two programs:

Core
, where beginners go from idea to live brand.

And
Elite
, where existing brand owners scale across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok.

Now we're looking for someone to
own operations
across both — the systems, the delivery, and the student experience — and make everything run smoother, faster, and better.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the
    day-to-day operations
    of our coaching programs (Core + Elite) — managing coaches, students, partners, fulfilment, and internal systems.
  • Make sure students are
    getting to market faster
    and actually seeing results with their brands
  • Build, document, and improve
    processes
    — from onboarding to success tracking — so everything scales cleanly.
  • Spot bottlenecks, fix them, and then make sure they
    never happen again.
  • Collaborate with coaches, support, and leadership to constantly level up our delivery and success rates.
  • Manage the operations stack — Notion dashboards, GHL automations, tracking sheets, whatever makes the machine hum.
  • Report on performance and student metrics, and find ways to make things more efficient without killing the vibe.
  • Build a team of killer e-commerce coaches to help our students crush
  • Organise masterclasses and events for the community

Who you are:

  • You've worked in
    e-commerce
    (brand, agency, or info product world — ideally all three) for at least 4 years
  • You've got a lot of experience of DTC, Amazon FBA and everything e-commerce
  • You understand paid advertising, product sourcing, branding etc on a deep level
  • You actually
    enjoy
    systems and operations — you get a weird dopamine hit from tidy dashboards and smooth launches.
  • You know how to manage people, not just projects.
  • You don't wait for instructions — you see something broken and fix it before anyone notices.
  • You love speed and accountability.
  • You're just as comfortable on a Zoom with a 7-figure founder as you are in a Notion doc at 11 PM untangling a workflow.
  • Agency experience is a big plus.
