Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
As our Planning Coordinator you'll plan in accordance with NCT, LoPS, TMA and Street works compliance and associated functions. Ensure regulation is adhered to in accordance with legislation and the 2004 Traffic Management act. Ensure WIP is managed effectively.

You'll have awareness of resource V capacity. Take responsibility for maintaining lines of communication between all stakeholders, primarily HA's, client, and operations. Ensure the quick resolution of customer queries/job investigations and resolutions. Carry out daily/weekly ad-hoc duties.

What You'll Bring

  • Are you adaptable to learning new IT systems and MS software awareness?
  • Do you have detailed working knowledge of NRSWA, noticing, utility works planning?
  • Do you have experience of customer complaints/escalation handling within the utility sector?
  • Have you got knowledge of planning and scheduling duties?
  • Do you have good investigative skills, problem analysis and problem solving?
