Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing content creation. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and campaign materials.
- Oversee the company website, including updates, SEO, and analytics tracking.
- Conduct local market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and tender support documents.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to support business growth and brand consistency.
Experience
- Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant IT tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective copywriting content tailored to target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity for data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or projects within a fast-paced environment.
