About Ink Marketing
We are the tattoo industry's leading digital marketing agency helping artists and studios achieve sustainable, high-growth results. We don't just manage accounts; we build performance-driven strategies that convert engagement into booked appointments. We are looking for a key leader to drive our brand forward while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Role: Head of Paid Social & Content Growth
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be responsible for leading the growth of the Ink Marketing brand itself and directly managing the paid social campaigns for our high-profile clients. You must possess a unique blend of creative talent, industry knowledge, and performance marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Client Management (50%)
- Paid Ad Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of client campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and TikTok, ensuring optimal ROI and achieving measurable Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous testing frameworks (audiences, creatives, copy) to continually improve client campaign performance.
- Reporting: Analyze data and provide clear, strategic insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex metrics into actionable growth plans.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage significant monthly client ad spends to deliver maximum impact.
2. Content Creation & Brand Leadership (50%)
- Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the tattoo and aesthetics industry (trad, fine-line, realism, etc.) to create content that resonates specifically with tattoo artists and studio owners.
- Content Production: Serve as a hands-on content creator, managing the entire lifecycle from concept development and scripting to filming and editing.
- On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable and confident acting as the face and voice of Ink Marketing across all video platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), delivering educational, expert-level guidance.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and lead the social strategy for Ink Marketing, aiming for significant follower growth, high engagement, and lead generation that fuels our sales funnel.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Paid Ads Success (Essential): 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social media campaigns with a documented track record of achieving aggressive CPA/ROI targets.
- Tattoo Industry Knowledge (Essential): Must have genuine knowledge, passion, and understanding of the tattoo industry, its culture, and the specific business challenges faced by artists and studios.
- Content Creation: Expert proficiency with video production tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Strong aesthetic sense aligned with premium, modern branding.
- Confident Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be comfortable and engaging in front of a camera.
- Analytical Skills: High-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and translating performance data into clear, strategic narratives.
Why Join Ink Marketing?
You will be joining a highly focused, ambitious team in a rapidly growing niche. We offer a competitive salary, a performance-based bonus structure, and the chance to directly influence the success of a multi-million pound global industry.
If you are a creative strategist who can deliver both beautiful content and measurable ROI, we want to hear from you.
