The Role

We're a leading crypto media company building one of the most powerful distribution networks in Web3. We're looking for a Social Media Manager - a strategic operator who understands how to build and scale multiple social media ecosystems for maximum distribution and reach.

This role is not about posting or community management - it's about strategy, systems, and scale. You'll design and oversee the architecture behind a network of social accounts (some branded, some independent) that distribute high-value crypto content at speed and volume. Your goal is to build a mass distribution engine that amplifies our reach far beyond our core brand. You will need to build both teams and systems to support this new venture and use analytics, and platform expertise to dominate attention across X (Twitter), Instagram, and other appropriate social platforms.

The Ideal Candidate

You're a digital strategist who lives and breathes social media and crypto culture. You

understand how audiences grow, how algorithms behave, and how to engineer virality across multiple platforms. You think in systems - how to replicate success, scale processes, and build teams that move as fast as the crypto market and news.

You're fluent in the language of attention: hooks, retention, and shareability.

You're experienced in leading editors, and work well with fluid teams to get the job done and know how to empower teams with workflows and data insights. You know how to build from zero: taking a new page or personality from 0 to 100K followers with clarity, systems and creativity.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a mass distribution network of pages and accounts that share, remix, and

distribute content from across the brand ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute a multi-account social growth strategy across X, Instagram, and

appropriate platforms.

  • Build and lead a team of editors, and other roles to execute your strategy.
  • Use AI and automation tools and in-house AI specialists to build and optimize workflows for clipping, captioning, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Define clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and reach - and build dashboards to track

them.

  • Work with producers and editors to identify the most viral and shareable moments from

long-form content.

  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform shifts, and emerging distribution opportunities.
  • Oversee the tone, voice, and content strategy of multiple accounts - ensuring they feel

native and authentic, not corporate.

  • Collaborate with leadership to expand the company's digital footprint through owned and non-branded media channels.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience building or scaling large social media accounts (personal, branded,

or faceless accounts).

  • Deep understanding of how algorithms work across social platforms.
  • Experience leading, building and managing content or social teams.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools to enhance the process.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategy.
  • Understanding of both crypto and the influencer economy is essential.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
