Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of public relations and social media management to effectively communicate our message across various channels.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media management.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the management team.

Skills

  • Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
