Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lincoln for a Practice Manager at Tower House Wealth Management Limited. The Practice Manager will oversee the operations of the office, manage client relationships, and provide support to the advisory team to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, improving operational efficiency, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes working closely with staff to ensure goals and priorities are met in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and multitask effectively.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wealth management operations.
- Proficiency in office software, operational systems, and an ability to manage and improve administrative processes.
- Experience in client relationship management and a commitment to ensuring excellent client service.
- Diploma in regulated financial planning is prefered but not essential
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- experience in finanical services is essential
