The Role:
As a Change Manager you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire being responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day implementation and management of the change management process.

Day-to-day, you will be ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimising disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating procedures
  • Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customer
  • Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities
  • Producing management information to all stakeholders of the supported applications/products and services
  • Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to
  • Updating training, creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilities

Essential experience of the Change Manager: 

  • Strong customer service experience with strong administration skills
  • Previous experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management
  • A good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insights
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills

This role is 37 hours per week based at Lincoln and is fully on-site.
