The Role

As a
Finance Intern
, you will support the finance team in delivering accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive business decisions. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews while gaining hands-on experience with corporate finance processes and tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects within a global organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for AR and Debt Collections on past dues from B2B customers.
• Dispute Management – resolve and/or liaise with internal Sales teams to resolve open disputes.
• Work on Unapplied Cash.
• Research and resolve open credits.
• Take care of Outbound and Inbound calls.
• Be responsible for sending emails, dealing with incoming emails.
• Take care of Reconciliation – PO, Unapplied Cash, Payments etc.

Your Profile

• Experience with OTC - Order to Cash.
• Collections experience preferably within B2B Collections.
• Basic excel skills with the knowledge of simple formulas e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot, sum.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
