Our Services
At EthicalFin, we provide a range of services, including:
- Reviewing clients' high-level vision, purpose, values, and strategy.
- Conducting detailed due diligence on financial models to ensure assumptions are sound, credible, and aligned with sustainable goals.
- Assessing go-to-market strategies, defining unique selling propositions, market positioning, user personas, and sales drivers.
- Preparing company valuations and competitive analyses.
- Managing fundraising efforts and processes.
- Structuring capital raises and coordinating investor outreach.
About the Internship
This internship is ideal for recent business graduates or MBA students with a background in accounting, corporate finance, financial modelling, strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment analysis. We seek candidates who share our values and can support EthicalFin through:
- Assisting in developing an investor database
- Creating business plans for early-stage companies, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Conducting research on industries, competitors, financial data, and potential investors.
- Assisting in capital raising transactions, such as capital increases, bank loans, private debt, and project financing.
- Collaborating on deal execution as part of a team.
- Preparing marketing pitches and generating innovative ideas.
- Updating EthicalFin's presentations and client pitches.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
This entry-level role requires no prior work experience, making it perfect for master's degree graduates in business or economics and MBA students. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Familiarity with LLMs.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months (flexible, approximately 25 hours/week).
- Working Model: Remote.
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
A discretionary payment may be provided at the end of the internship, based on your commitment and contributions.
