Tonbridge, Kent, United Kingdom InPost UK Full time £36,000 - £72,000 per year

Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we're looking for a Nights Warehouse Supervisor to join our Maidstone team

We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Yodel, one of the UK's largest delivery companies. The acquisition builds on the partnership established between InPost and Yodel in 2024, when Yodel began providing last-mile delivery through InPost's "locker-to-door" service.

Today we become truly unique as the only delivery partner with a one-stop shop offer - we have the largest out of home delivery network that is now combined with to-door capabilities. Going forward, the acquisition of Yodel brings immediate scale to InPost's operations, expands our service offering, and provides greater convenience to retailers and customers.

About the role:

Are you a dynamic and driven leader ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? At InPost Yodel, we are looking for an exceptional Nights Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimizing mechanical sortation processes, and leading a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. If you are ready to take on an exciting and challenging leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Location: Yodel, Unit 15d Larkfield Trading Estate, Aylesford ME20 6SW

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday & Tuesday - Saturday rotate

Hours: 12:30am - 09:30am

Salary: £36,000 per annum (overtime available)
