**In Summary...**

Having outgrown our old site, at the start of this year we moved to a new, bigger workplace in Marden. Now, we are looking for a Production Supervisor who will work closely with our Shift Manager and other supervisors to keep our auto and manual production lines running smoothly, meet targets and support the team’s wellbeing.

**What does the role involve?...**

Overseeing day to day people activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Managing the levels of raw material stock for all forms of production.

Responsibility for quality control (QC) in production, identifying & reporting issues and working with the Shift Manager to resolve complaints received.

Monitoring and tracking of productivity, OE, efficiencies and working hours for the production team

Ensuring changeovers and the production plan are implemented in a timely manner.

First point of contact for the production team and supporting people’s wellbeing in the workplace.

Effective communication skills with a strong level of conversational and written English.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

to be able balance multiple tasks whilst effectively managing other’s expectations and delegating where necessary.

A confident IT user, ideally with experience of using Google Workspace documents and sheets.

An understanding of production procedures and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production, manufacturing, or operations environment would be desirable.

**The smol print**

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.

This role will be based at our warehouse in Marden, working Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
