**We're looking for a Fulfilment Assistant (Warehouse Picker / Packer) to join our dedicated team in Tonbridge, and support with general warehouse, fulfilment, picking and packing tasks, and directly contribute towards our mission to create unexpected delight for our consumers.**
- What’s the Contract? Initially this is a temporary contract for 6 months, with a chance to go permanent.
- _What are you gonna pay me? _£10.50 per hour base rate, plus productivity bonus of up to £200 extra per week
- _What are the shift options? _Either earlies (6am - 2:30pm), lates (2pm - 10:30pm) or Days (10am - 6:30pm) _

**About the role**

You'll be a key part of our well-oiled machine, assisting by carrying out key day to day tasks in a specified area to assist the on-duty Supervisor in obtaining maximum operational efficiencies whilst maintaining regulatory compliance standards, as well as;
- Help manage the inbound, outbound & onsite stock movements inline with quality, warehouse and compliance policies.
- Assist in carrying out quality control checks on products arriving, being stored and dispatched from site.
- Report all non conformities to the line manager including, but not limited to product integrity, health and safety, quality & compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Warehouse / Fulfilment leadership teams and other departments in the business to deliver against planned and ad-hoc project deadlines.

**What will stand you in great stead?**

We offer on the job training, so a 'can do' attitude is the main criteria, as is an excellent level of manual dexterity, mathematical ability, prioritisation and IT skills.

You'll be the 'go to' for support in all aspects of the running of the warehouse - so impeccable interpersonal skills and a good level of written and spoken comms is required, including the ability to appreciate and communicate clearly with a diverse team of talented individuals.
