We are looking for a visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead and evangelise. Your Mission- Define the Future: Craft and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for an AI-powered Oniverse. Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap that aligns with our company goals and the needs of our global team.
- Deeply Understand Our Users: Become the expert on the needs of On employees. Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities for AI to enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and connection.
- Lead the Team: Lead and inspire a dedicated, cross-functional team of software engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, training designers and internal communications experts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, guiding the team from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Measure Success: Work with analytics to define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to measure the adoption and impact AI is having within On employees. Use data-driven insights to iterate and evolve how we bring AI into On's workforce, ensuring we are always delivering value.
- Execute with Excellence: Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. Work closely with your team to deliver high-quality, impactful AI features that delight our users.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, from leadership to individual teams. Communicate your product vision, strategy, and progress with clarity and passion, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the company.
- Adoption and training: Evangelise the use of AI-powered tools and processes and train users for this.
- Proven Product Leadership: 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- AI/ML Expertise: A deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, with hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products. You are passionate about the potential of AI to transform user experiences.
- Technical Acumen: You have a strong technical background and are comfortable diving into technical discussions with engineers. You can effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- User-Centric Mindset: You are obsessed with understanding your users and are adept at using qualitative and quantitative data to inform your product decisions.
- Strategic Thinker: You can think big and small, from crafting a long-term product vision to sweating the details of a user interface.
- Exceptional Communicator: You are a clear, concise, and compelling communicator, able to articulate your vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building and leading high-performing teams.
The Product Management Technology team is the digital backbone of On's product creation engine. We are a team of strategic product leaders who partner with core business functions—from R&D and Design to Sourcing and Supply Chain—to build the platforms and systems that power On's growth.
